  2. Sign the ‘GVA Tryout Waiver’ online (must be completed by a parent/guardian) - https://eform.pandadoc.com/?eform=862ce88c-1d75-45b4-8f31-14e70bf8521f

  3. One time tryout fee of $25 (per athlete) e-transferred to gva.vipers@gmail.com

  • Please include the athlete’s name and team (i.e., 15U) in the notes of the transfer so we can link the payment back to the tryout forms

  • Includes at least 1 tryout, additional tryouts are by invite only

  • Invitational tryouts are included in the $25 fee

  • Tryout fee is non-refundable

  4. Complete the OVA MRS registration for your athlete(s) as a “tryout player” - must be completed to tryout for any club within the OVA and has no additional charge

  • Proof of completion must be presented at the first tryout so please have a cell phone or print out available to show the check in volunteer, or email a screenshot to us at gva.vipers@gmail.com

At the tryout:

• Please arrive 30min before the first tryout for check-in

• One parent/guardian must be present during check-in but it will be a closed tryout with no spectators - ATHLETES CANNOT PLAY IF WAIVERS ARE NOT COMPLETED

• Bring tryout fee in cash if not already paid via e-transfer

• Bring proof of MRS registration if screenshot not already emailed
